Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

These general terms and conditions govern the use of the Visa VN website and the provision of its assistance service for Vietnam visa applications. By submitting a request through our website, you accept without reservation the terms described below.

Purpose of the Service

Visa VN assists French-speaking travelers in preparing their electronic visa (e-visa) application file for Vietnam. The service includes collecting the necessary information and documents, verifying their compliance by our team, and then submitting the file for visa approval.

Application Process

1. The user completes the online application form in five steps: personal information, travel information, travel history, document upload (passport and identity photo), and validation of the summary.

2. Once the request is submitted, the Visa VN team verifies the compliance and accuracy of the information and documents provided.

3. If the file is compliant, a secure payment link is sent to the user by email.

4. After payment is received, the file is submitted for visa processing.

No payment is requested before step 3 (file validation).

Pricing

The applicable rates are those displayed on the "Pricing" page of the website at the time the request is submitted. They consist of two components: service fees, which vary according to the processing region (North or South) and the chosen processing time (from 1 hour to 4 days), and government fees, added for any new request depending on the entry type (single or multiple). Certain nationalities subject to specific conditions (notably Mauritania, Egypt, Turkey, Israel) are subject to dedicated tiers and rates, also displayed on the "Pricing" page. Rates are shown in Vietnamese dong (VND), with an indicative equivalent in US dollars (USD) calculated at an approximate exchange rate subject to change.

Payment

Payment is made exclusively after the file has been validated by our team, via a secure payment link sent by email. Visa VN does not accept any payment prior to this verification.

User Obligations

The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, as well as documents (passport, identity photo) that are legible, valid, and compliant with official requirements. Any inaccuracy or falsification may result in the rejection of the file without refund.

Processing Times

The processing times indicated on the website (from 1 hour to 4 days depending on the region and chosen plan) are provided for guidance only and assume the request was submitted before one of the daily cut-off times (8:00 AM or 2:30 PM) shown on the "Pricing" page; a request submitted after these times is automatically moved to the next session. These times ultimately depend on the relevant authorities, and Visa VN cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

Withdrawal and Refunds

Any refund request must be sent to contact@d-media.world. Refund conditions depend on the status of the file at the time of the request:

- If the file has not yet been submitted to the relevant authorities, a refund may be offered, minus any processing fees already incurred.

- If the file has already been submitted, a refund is generally no longer possible, as administrative procedures are then underway.

In the event of a visa refusal by the Vietnamese authorities for a reason not attributable to the user (processing error by our team), Visa VN will consider an appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Visa VN makes every effort to facilitate the visa application process but cannot guarantee its approval, which is the sole responsibility of the Vietnamese authorities. Visa VN cannot be held liable for a visa refusal, administrative delay, or consequences related to the cancellation or modification of a trip.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, visuals, logo, structure) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of D-MEDIA LTD.

Personal Data

The processing of personal data collected as part of the application is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Visa VN reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time the request is submitted.

Governing Law and Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by contacting contact@d-media.world. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those of England and Wales, under the jurisdiction of D-MEDIA LTD's registered office.
